Too much inline javascript. Especially for calendar display.

Plus some is duplicated (inline vs complete form).

Merging some js utilities in external files (see #22)
- map functions shared between home and activity view
- .min.js removed (minification done by Cloudflare automatically)
- automatic generation of ?d=xxx with last modified date for cache issues
