All Setup menus should have meaningful titles

Issue #106 open
IanSav created an issue

When ever setup menus are displayed using the Setup menu skin there is a line at the top of the pop up with the time and date followed by an underlined line in blue that is right aligned and contains the title of that pop up. For most of the menus the title is "SETUP". This should be changed to be the setup path to the menu being displayed.

For example: For "MENU > Setup > System > OSD Settings" the title should be "SETUP > SYSTEM > OSD SETTINGS" instead of "SETUP". For "MENU > Setup > System > AV Setup > AV Settings" the title should be "SETUP > SYSTEM > AV SETUP > AV SETTINGS" instead of "SETUP". For "MENU > Setup > System > AV Setup > OSD Position" the title should be "SETUP > SYSTEM > AV SETUP > OSD POSITION" instead of "OSD POSITIONER".

This will allow users to understand what menu they are in, particularly if the UI dropped them there from some other location. Showing the path in the title will help users to find the same menu again in the future. It will also allow users to better communicate requests for assistance, bugs or issues with others if they can offer a menu title that is unique to the menu displayed on their screen.
