Skip the network configuration screen in setup wizard

Issue #11 resolved
Peter Urbanec created an issue

In setup wizard skip the network configuration screen with "Use interface" and "Use DHCP" options.

Instead, detect whether a LAN cable is inserted, if not, tell the user that the network cable is not connected and the network will not be active. Suggest that they can configure networking later, from the Setup menu. If a LAN cable is detected, obtain settings via DHCP and show the results. If DHCP fails, let user specify settings manually.

The idea here is that in a typical home network scenario, just plugging the LAN cable into the box will work without having to press too many buttons.
