Cut-List editor crash

Trying to use the cut-list editor causes a crash. 20140221 firmware.
Reproduction steps
Media > { select a recording } > Menu > Cut-list Editor
Displays "Welcome to Cutlist Editor ....", > Press OK to continue
Display Cut-List editor screen, cursor will be position on the marks. > Press OK to select first mark, oops crash and burn.

On entering the cut-list editor, the help popup says 'Press OK, select "start cut"', then goes on to say that you should seek to the end and 'select "end cut"'. After you press OK, there is no "start cut" or "end cut" to select. The only things to select are MARK and LAST.
