The default start time for a TIMER, GREEN Add timer is before the current time

If a fully manual timer is added (e.g. from TIMER, GREEN Add), the Start time for the recording is before the current time.

The default start time for a recording should be at or after the current time, perhaps 0-15 minutes after the current time. The default duration should be 1 hour.

Reproduction steps

From LiveTV, press TIMER, GREEN Add and compare the initial start time for the timer with the current time.

The current behaviour attempts to record all of the current event and is in fact wanted.
