Factory reset does not clear network interface activation state

Resetting to factory defaults does not re-enable the LAN interface if it has been previously disabled by the user.

Reproduction steps

  • Setup / Network / Network Interface - set LAN interface to NOT use interface
  • Setup / System / Factory reset
  • When the wizard gets to the network configuration stage, the default for the LAN interface is disabled
