Deleting an AutoTimer does not delete the timers it has created

AutoTimers generate normal timers to record programs that match the AutoTimer.

When the AutoTimer is deleted, the normal timers that has created are not deleted.

Reproduction steps

Create an AutoTimer for a program in the Graphical EPG (currently, navigation in the Multi EPG doesn't work properly).

This problem can be seen most clearly for programs that run daily (e.g. the evening news).

Un-tick Only on Weekday when the AutoTimer is created.

When the AutoTimer has been created, check that the normal timers have been created by pressing TIMER from LiveTV, then EXIT to go back to LiveTV.

Go to MENU>TV/RADIO>AutoTimer. Scroll to the timer created above, then YELLOW Delete. EXIT from AutoTimer screen to LiveTV.

Press TIMER. The timers created by the AutoTimer are still listed and enabled in the timer list.

Ideally, when you delete an AutoTimer, if there are associated timers in existence it should ask "Delete associated timers? Yes/No".
