The on-screen and USB keyboard is missing some symbols

Both the on-screen and USB attached keyboards are unable to enter some characters into the text buffer. The characters I can't enter are "+" (Plus), "`" (Grave) and "~" (Tilde).
Reproduction steps
To prove this bug I connected a standard USB keyboard to the T3. From live TV press EPG to bring up the "Multi EPG". Then press YELLOW to perform an "EPG Search". Then press YELLOW again to perform a "New Search". This should present the on-screen keyboard as described in this report. Now press any buttons on the attached keyboard and not that the on-screen keyboard will reflect the same button and the character will be added to the text buffer. When you press "+" (Plus), "`" (Grave) or "~" (Tilde) no update is made to the on-screen keyboard and the character is NOT entered into the text buffer.
