Help text not enabled in Timer entry screen

There's no help enabled for the items in the Timer entry (TIMER, GREEN Add) screen.
I have attached a patch that adds the help, and moves the onscreen keyboard so that it doesn't overlap the help box.
Reproduction steps
From LiveTV, TIMER, GREEN Add. Scroll up and down the Timer entry list items. There is no help text for the items.

The patch is the output of a U*ix unified diff (diff -u) between the distributed file and the suggested fix.
