Make MENU button icon larger in the button help strip

A MENU button icon is used at the bottom of the screens at the bottom left of screens where the MENU button is active, to the left of the coloured button icons.

The icon for MENU is quite small and it is sometimes not obvious.

I have attached a MENU button icon (button_60x60_menu.png) scaled up to 60x60 pixels, and patches to easy-skin-hd/skin.xml, easy-skin-hd/skin_music.xml, easy-skin-hd/skin_photos.xml, easy-skin-hd/skin_setup_network.xml, easy-skin-hd/skin_templates.xml and easy-skin-hd/skin_videos.xml to use the new icon.

The new icon is quite rough because it's bees simply scaled up. If the feature is implemented, a button should be made for the purpose, preferably one that fits in better with the coloured button icons.

If the attached patch file is applied using patch < pat.menubuticon in enigma2/easy-skin-hd it will patch all 6 affected files.

The attached button icon should be placed in enigma2/easy-skin-hd/buttons.

The patch is the output of a U*ix unified diff (diff -u) between the distributed files and the suggested fix.
