Add a skin selector

At the moment, it is not possible to switch skins from the UI. The advertising material and packaging state that this is possible.

Please add a skin selector to the UI.

    There is now a selector. The trick is to work out how to add some skins and then move on to creating a new and improved Australian skin with a consensus of our fixes implemented.
