Scanning on both internal and USB tuner sometimes crashes

Issue #149 resolved
prl created an issue

In MENU>Setup>Antenna Setup>Automatic Scan, if both Tuner A and Tuner D are enabled for the scan, the scan sometimes crashes between the end of pass 1 (Tuner A) and the start of pass 2 (Tuner D).

Crash log attached.

Reproduction steps

Go to MENU>Setup>Antenna Setup>Automatic Scan, and start scan. Leave both tuners enabled for the scan and set Clear before scan to 'yes' (default settings). Start scan. If the crash happens it will be after pass 1 ends and before pass 2 starts.

You may need to repeat this several times. The attached crash log happened on the third auto scan after a firmware upgrade (and normal scan in the setup wizard).

The attached crash log happened on the third scan attempt.

Seems even worse in firmware 20140317, and has crashed every time I tried to scan with tuners A and D both enabled.
