"Setup complete" and other message problems in setup wizard

The "Congratulations, your Beyonwiz T3 is now set up." appears between the service scan and the network setup wizard in the system setup wizard. It should appear as the last screen in the system setup wizard.

The network setup wizard's last screen (where it shows the network connection information) has the first line: "Your Beyonwiz T3 is now ready to be used". If the "Congratulations" screen comes after it, "ready to be used" really shouldn't come here.

That screen also has no information about what the user should do next. It should have something like "Press OK to continue".

I would prefer that the network configuration goes before the scan, so TIME, NETWORK, LOCATION, SCAN instead of the present TIME, LOCATION, SCAN, NETWORK. That would mean that the user would have live TV available immediately after the scan finishes. This isn't really a bug, just a suggestion.

Reproduction steps

Run through the setup wizard and check the order that screens appear in and check the text in the screens mentioned in the description.
