Replace the three tuner setup screens with a single screen in the setup wizard

Issue #16 resolved
prl created an issue

Replace the three tuner setup screens in the setup wizard with a single tuner setup screen for all tuners (the Quick Start Guide tells users to enter all the same details in all screens anyway).

If Feature request 14 is implemented, use the location information there to configure the tuner scan and eliminate these screens completely.

This was originally peteru's suggestion, but I've held ownership of it because I've changed it substantially. Peteru originally posted it as part of T3-14, but it makes sense even if that request isn't implemented.

I don't think this is a good idea.

I can envision a situation where users in areas between two different broadcast regions may want to have multiple antennas that point to the different transmitters. They can then adjust the scanning on each tuner to pick up the range of LCNs available from both regions.

(Obviously for this to work the issue of LCN allocation and LCN duplication will need to be fixed. Hopefully there will be code to ensure that the stronger version of each LCN will get the correct LCN and others will be correctly filed in the 350+ range.)

It would not be a good idea to remove the screens if the location configuration in them was used in the setup scan (or, indeed, in MENU>Setup>Antenna setup>Automatic scan). But it is not. The Location information in tuners B abd C is only used in MENU>Setup>Antenna setup>Manual scan. Since the location information for tuners B and C is not used in the setup process, their location and other setup information should simply be copied from the setup for tuner A for later convenience. For a user wanting to use Manual scan for a situation as you describe, it would need to be done using Manual scan, and Manual scan is not available in Setup. The tuners could be set to their correct location settings after setup and before the Manual scan.
