Up/Down do not initially work in Media > Location > (Other...)

Up and Down navigation do not initially work in Media > Location > (Other...).
If you press CH+ or CH- to swap to Bookmarks, Up and Down work.
If you press CH+ or CH- again to swap back to the tree view, Up and Down now work.
Reproduction steps
In "Media" player select "Location" (yellow) then choose [ 1 (Other...) ]
Up and Down navigation are ignored.
