EPG Menu to restricted at Intermediate

The factory default user level is Intermediate. This is correct.

The set of menu options available at Intermediate for the Graphical EPG is to restricted.

For user level Simple, there are no menu options available. It should be at least :-

• View mode
• Show bouquet on launch
• Service Title mode

For user level Intermediate, there are currently only 2 menu options available. It should be at least :-

• View mode
• Show bouquet on launch
• Service Title mode
• Base time
• Prime time hour
• Prime time minute
• Number of rows
• Time scale

For user level Expert all options should continue to be available.

Reproduction steps

Factory Reset.

Enter the Graphical EPG.

Press Menu. See only 2 options :-

• Show bouquet on launch
• Service Title mode

The Simple level still shows no config items.
