Factory default subtitle delay is 3.5 seconds, should be "No delay"

The factory default subtitle delay is 3.5 seconds, should be "No delay".

Setting seems to be config.subtitles.subtitle_noPTSrecordingdelay

Reproduction steps

  • Fresh install!
  • Press Subtitle
  • Select a subtitle
  • Press Subtitle
  • Press Red
  • Press Up
  • Subtitle delay is 3.5 seconds.
