Blank LiveTV after service scan and network wizards in setup screens

After <strike>doing a service scan (MENU>Setup>Antenna>Local scan) or</strike> running the network wizard (MENU>Setup>Network>Network Adapter Selection>Network wizard) when the user returns to LiveTV (EXIT, EXIT, EXIT ... until in LiveTV), the video is all black. Pressing OK shows the infobar but the broadcast video stays black.

Only changing to a new service seems to bring back the video.

(Antenna scans have been fixed in 2014058)
