Crash while trying to stop a recording from timer

User was adding auto timers and normal timers from the EPG just before this happened.
Added an auto timer for the program he was watching. It started to record this show. Another recording was also running in the background.
He tried to stop this recording. Pressed Media button. Went to current recording and pressed the red button. Option to cancel, stop recording and deleted etc. was displayed. Selected 3, Stop and delete. Exited. Went back to media and the recorded file was still there. Recording had stopped but file was not deleted. Again tried to delete it. Crash happened.

Update from user:
Did the same thing tonight. Deleted a recording whilst it is still recording. Followed same proceedure as my original email. Stop the recording by selecting the stop and delete option. Again the recording stopped but the file was still there. I did not try to delete the file again as I originally did because I had another recording also happening and I did not want another crash. I exited out of the media section. When I went back in to the media section the file was infact deleted. I suspect that the recording did stop and the file was deleted but it still showed as a valid file in the media section. When I tried to delete it a second time it was trying to delete an already deleted file and it crashed.
