Driver publishes too many front panel symbol entries

The driver publishes the following front panel symbol entries, which are not physically present on the T3 VFD.

/proc/stb/lcd/symbol_576i /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_576p /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_circle /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_fast_forward /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_fast_rewind /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_locked /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_network /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_pause /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_scrambled /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_stop /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_subtitle /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_teletext /proc/stb/lcd/symbol_timeshift

These entries should not be present in /proc/stb/lcd

The issue was updated with the following change(s):

/proc/stb/lcd/symbol_reserved is actually the small clock symbol, reserved is not really an appropriate name.

Perhaps "symbol_timer" would be a better name.
