Tuners jam up with USB tuner recordings

Ian Brabham created an issue

Trying to test bug #152 with 20140512

Set recording on Tuner D, set a 2nd recording on Tuner A, Next tuner B would not tune, Black screen!

Can see all muxs on Tuners A and D. Can tune tuner C (using PIP to occupy tuner B).

Reproduction steps

  • Set Tuner as preferred tuner
  • Set recording on Tuner D
  • Set a 2nd recording on Tuner A
  • Tuner B will now not tune, Black screen!
