GWN7 not working

GWN7 in Western Australia will either not scan at all or scan but fail to work.

The broadcaster has misconfigured the Terrestrial Delivery System Descriptor and is transmitting invalid values.

Immediate workaround is to disable "Network Scan" option in manual scan.

Proper fix will have a few error checks to make the scanning algorithms a bit more resilient to bad values sent by broadcasters.
