More user-friendly disk volume naming

Issue #24 resolved
prl created an issue

It would be good to have better naming for both internal and external HDDs. At the moment, they are labelled by the drive type ID. That's not very helpful. The internal drive should be displayed as something like "Internal HDD", "Internal Drive", or perhaps "Internal HDD (500GB)". External drives should be named by their volume name, with some disambiguation like MyDrive and MyDrive-1 if two volumes lablelled MyDrive are mounted.

This tripped me up on the MENU > Sources menu where I did not recognise that the first item in the list was actually the internal hard drive. Because the unit supports an external SATA device I think the name assigned to the drive should be user configurable with initial defaults as per Prl's suggestion.

Using volume labels is not really practical, given that parsing the volume labels is complex, varies by filesystem and is generally not well supported by embedded distributions.

Seems like blkid can actually be used to get at the disk labels.
