Show shutdown/reboot text on front panel

When SETUP>System>Buttons settings>Action on short power button press is set to Immediate shutdown, when the power button is pressed, there is no indication on the front panel that shutdown has started. For example, if the T3 is in Live TV when POWER is short-pressed, shutdown starts, but the front panel continues showing the service name until the T3 shuts down completely.
The "shutting down/rebooting? message only appears on the TV screen, not on the front panel, and so it can't be seen if the TV is off or not connected to the T3.
It would be useful if the front panel showed "Shutting down" when going into shutdown either immediately from the POWER button. It should also show "Shutting down" or "Rebooting" as appropriate for shutdown or reboot from long-POWER Shutdown or Reboot, and for the same functions from MENU>SETUP>Power.
