Timer description skin element missing in Timer overview

The python code for TimerEditList has a widget implementation to display the description information for the highlighted timer, but there is no <widget/> element in the TimerEditList <screen/> in the skin.
I have a fix for this bug ready to submit to the repository.
Reproduction steps
The Timer overview screen (TIMER from live TV) does not show the highlighted timer's description.
