Add drive information to MENU>Setup>Information>Devices

MENU>Setup>Information>Devices only shows information about mounted partitions, not the drives themselves.
There is dead code in Screens.About.About that prints drive information, but I think it really should go in Devices.
I have implemented this, but I want to have the layout discussed in the forum before I submit the changes to the repository.
