Add recording accelerators in all EPG views

Whenever an EPG is displayed on the screen and the user can move around the EPG events with the ARROW buttons the UI should allow the user to fast track the creation of recording and zap timers. This function should be similar to the implementation on the classic Beyonwiz PVRs.
As the user navigates around the EPG the following buttons should be enabled:
- PLAY: # If the event has no timers then create a zap timer for this event. # If the event is already a zap timer then open up the edit screen for this timer. *# If the event is a record timer then convert it to a zap timer.
- REC: # If the event has no timers then create a record timer for this event. # If the event is already a record timer then open up the edit screen for this timer. *# If the event is a zap timer then convert it to a record timer.
- STOP: *# If the event has any timer set then delete the timer.
- TIMER: *# Move the current recording pop up menu from the REC button to the TIMER button.
