Add boot loader version information to MENU>Setup>Information>About

Issue #283 resolved
prl created an issue

There is currently no way of telling what version of bootloader is loaded in the flash.

It would be useful to have this information, especially to check whether a bootloader upgrade was successful.

I have an implementation of this ready to submit to the repository.
