Backup settings does not save Weather plugin settings

Issue #295 resolved
prl created an issue

The Weather plugin saves its settings in /etc/meteo.cfgg, not in the normal config arrangement saved in /etc/enigma2/settings.

The Weather plugin should use the config setup to save settings. If that can't be changed, then backup settings should include /etc/meteo.cfgg by default.

Reproduction steps

Change the city setting in MENU>Plugin>Weather Info from its default by using RED in the plugin. Back up settings in MENU>Settings>Software manager>Backup Settings. Do MENU>Settings>System>Factory reset. Restore settings with MENU>Settings>Software manager>Restore Settings.

Check the configured city in MENU>Plugin>Weather Info. It will have reverted to the default.
