Multiple USB slots displayed

Former user created an issue

If you replace USB memory stick you get multiple sources displayed. There appears to be no way of unmounting a USB memory card

Reproduction steps

Place USB memory in front memory slot. Press MENU "Front USB Slot" displays under "Sources" Press EXIT Remove USB memory and replace it 10 seconds later Under "Sources" we now have 2 USB devices as below: "Front USB Slot" "Front USB Slot"
