Ch 36 (585.5MHz) always scanned, even when not in scan list.

Issue #3 invalid
prl created an issue

585.5MHz (ch 36) QAM64 is always scanned, even when it's not in the scan list. Should only be scanned, and with the correct settings when it's in the scan list.

Reproduction steps

Do a scan for any location, watch display of current channel being scanned. A scan of 585.5MHz will always appear, modulation set to QAM64.

Tested in 20140207 with both Sydney and Australia (all other locations) settings.

With Sydney, I did not see 585.5MHz being scanned and I could not see any frequencies being scanned with QAM64.

With Australia (all other locations), I saw DVB-T QAM64 CH34 571.500 MHz being scanned.

The various extra frequencies being scanned are as a result of the networks broadcasting NIT tables that suggest these other frequencies using NIT/Terrestrial Delivery System Descriptor
