Need "completed" messages in SETUP>Plugins>Browser Plugin

In SETUP>Plugins>Browser Plugin, GREEN Download Plugins, and SETUP>Plugins>Browser Plugin>Download Plugins, a status message "Downloading plugin information. Please wait..." is shown while the plugin info loads, but it is not removed or replaced when the download is finished. Should be replaced by "Download of plugin information complete." or similar.
In SETUP>Plugins>Browser Plugin, RED Remove Plugins, and SETUP>Plugins>Browser Plugin>Remove Plugins, a status message "Getting plugin information. Please wait..." is shown while the plugin info loads, but it is not removed or replaced when the download is finished. Should be replaced by "Fetch of plugin information complete." or similar.
Reproduction steps
Observe that the "Downloading" or "Getting" aren't updated when the information has been fetched for Download and Remove Plugins.
