Coloured buttons for HbbTV

Currently in live TV and timeshifting, RED has the same function as REC; it brings up the instant recording menu.

FREE TV AUSTRALIA OPERATIONAL PRACTICE OP – 61 Implementation of Hybrid Broadcast Broadband TV by Australian Free-to-air Television Broadcasters recommends the use of RED to start HbbTV applications. Because this is likely to be advertised as the way to access HbbTV functions (aka Freeview Plus "Catch up TV in one place"), it would be useful to have RED as single-button access to HbbTV from the live TV (and timeshift?) screens, instead of going through the BLUE extension menu.

From what I hear, FreeView+ will also make heavy use of the green button, so it too should be kept as unused as possible to prevent conflicts later.

Freeview+ HbbTV has not really taken off so there is little incentive to make accommodations for it.
