EPG is sloooooow!

A major problem with T3 is its pathetically slow EPG opening. From press of EPG button nothing happens for 2-3 seconds then it takes a further second to populate screen. The DP series did it in 1 second so why does it take 4 seconds for a later machine to display EPG. I have has the T3 for 6 months and no one has brought this up. Why? I am really frustrated with slow speed. This is unacceptable and has to be fixed!
