CrossEPG wants to be configured before downloading, but there's no config for it

prl created an issue

Press Plugin button or go to SETUP>Plugins>Browser Plugin, scroll to CrossEPG Downloader, OK, get error popup "Please configure crossepg before start downloader" should be "starting".

I can't find any way to configure CrossEPG.

Also grammar - should be "before starting downloader".
