Allow TIMER button to access the timers list while playing a recording in Movie Player

prl created an issue

It's already possible to access the timers list from replay in Movie Player by using MENU>TV>RADIO>Timers. Allowing TIMER to do the same would be more convenient.

Requested on the forum.
