T4 PiP Channel Change Pause/Freeze

The main picture will sometimes pause intermittently, or freeze outright, if the PiP service is changed.

This effect was observed while using only SD channels, with the T4's HDMI output set to 720p50. This combination was selected to minimise the effect of any higher bandwidth conditions (1080p/HD channels etc).

Replication steps: Set up a bouquet containing only SD channels. Open bouquet and zap to a channel. Reboot T4. Wait for normal T4 startup and Live service to appear. Press PiP to open inset video. Press PiP again to switch focus to PiP inset. Press Ch+. Press Ch+ etc etc

Often times, changing service a single time till causer the video in the main view to stutter and pause. Sometimes changing to a new provider (from Channel 9 to Channel 10 for example) will cause the video in the main view to freeze with audio still playing. Pressing Ch- to return to the original provider will restore stuttery motion to main view. Closing PiP by pressing "PiP" will sometimes restore normal framerate, but if main view is frozen, the user must change service before video motion resumes.
