"play as picture in picture" crashes in channel list menu

Caused by the fact that self.pipAvailable is not defined in:

    def showServiceInPiP(self):
        ...
            if not self.pipAvailable:
                return

I'm not sure what the intention of the test is.

Replication steps

FAV for the channel list, then MENU, BLUE play as picture in picture; crash.
