HELP screen focus can move on exit from screen's own HELP

In a HELP screen that has entries for the OK or EXIT buttons (like HELP from live TV), when the HELP screen's own HELP popup exits, the HELP screen focus moves to the entry for EXIT or OK, whichever of those buttons were used to exit the HELP screen's own HELP.

Replication steps

From live TV, press HELP. Focus will be on the first help entry "Listen to the radio...". Press HELP again to get the HELP screen's help popup. Exit the popup with OK. On returning to the main HELP screen, the focus moves to the entry for the OK button, "Cycle through infobar displays". Press HELP again, and exit the help popup with EXIT. On returning to the main HELP screen, the focus moves to the entry for the EXIT button, "Hide infobar display (C)".

The focus should not move on returning from the help popup.
