Incorrect am/pm indicators for times 12:00pm-12:59pm in Graphical EPG

Times from 12:00pm-12:59pm in the Graphical EPG timeline are displayed as 12:00am-12:59am.

Replication steps

In the graphical EPG, set MENU>Timeline 24 Hour to off, and set Time scale and Basetime so that times other than just full hours are displayed in the EPG. Then navigate in the EPG so that the time 12:00-12:59 (24-hour clock) appears in the EPG screen. The times between 12:00 and 12:59 will be incorrectly displayed as 12:MMam, rather than 12MMpm.
