Review use of MessageBoxes in contexts where they contain a choice list

There are some MessageBoxes used with fairly long choice lists. It may be more convenient for users if they were replaced by ChoiceBoxees, so that selection can be done using the number and colour buttons, especially where there are more than 2-3 choice items.

A forum member raised this particularly for the MessageBox that displays the choices for "You seem to be in timeshift. What do you want to do?" in InfoBarTimeshift.

I found another 5 instances of MessageBox being used where ChoiceBox might be preferable for the choice.
