T4 HDMI-IN Fullscreen video is blank without FTA signal on boot

Replication.

Unplug antenna connections from T4. Reboot T4, and wait until it has fully restarted. Press BLUE button and select HDMI-IN fullscreen.

Observe that audio is successfully received, but the screen is blank.

Press BLUE and turn off HDMI-IN fullscreen. Press BLUE and turn on HDMI-IN PiP mode.

Observe that video from the HDMI-IN is displayed in the PiP display area.

Press BLUE and turn off HDMI-IN PiP mode. Press BLUE button and select HDMI-IN fullscreen.

Observe that audio is successfully received, but the screen is blank. (ie. no change to previous test).

Press BLUE and turn off HDMI-IN fullscreen.

To work around this issue, one of two actions can be taken. 1) Play back a recording, or any media file. 2) Re-establish the T4 antenna connection.

It appears that unless the T4 has successfully decoded some sort of video since it first booted up, it will be unable to display video when in HDMI-IN fullscreen mode.
