HDMI In PiP Control not in sync with FTA PiP control

Reproduction:

Press BLUE.

Select "Turn on HDMI-IN PiP mode" (2). HDMI PiP is displayed.

Press BLUE.

Select "Disable Picture in Picture" (BLUE). HDMI PiP is closed.

PRESS BLUE.

Note that "Turn off HDMI-IN PiP mode" (2) is shown despite PiP being currently disabled.

This should be showing "Turn on HDMI-IN PiP mode".

Select "Turn off HDMI-IN PiP mode". HDMI PiP is displayed.

Press BLUE.

Note that all options are now properly displayed.

The option for "Turn on HDMI-IN PiP mode"/"Turn off HDMI-IN PiP mode", should be kept in sync with the current state of the PiP window, even when PiP is disabled using the FTA "Disable Picture in Picture" option.
