Unnecessarily wide field widths for date/time fields in single-channel EPG

The first two columns in the single-channel EPG (from live TV, long-EPG>Show EPG for current channel) are wider than they need to be. This also flows in to the column widths for EPG Search, which uses the same row layout.

Any work on this should probably wait until the changes in pull requests ~~#227~~ & #228 have been either accepted or rejected so that any changes in the widths required by the user-configurable formats can be accommodated by the columns.
