Enhancements and improvements to the long EPG menu

The long EPG menu has a number of useful options. Unfortunately some of those options are named differently from other occurrences in the UI. There is an option that does not do what it implies. There is also a useful option that is missing from the menu.

The IMDb Details... option should be renamed IMDb Search to match the name used in other places, particularly the various EPG screens.
The add AutoTimer... item should be removed as this function does not add an AutoTimer but takes you to the Single EPG view where an AutoTimer can be created using the usual BLUE button. This functionality is available by selecting any of the EPG views.

The slot freed up be removing the AutoTimer option should be used to create a New Search option to provide the full set of EPG search options. This item should be moved to be adjacent to the IMDb Search and EPG Search options.
The search EPG... should be renamed EPG Search to match the name used in other places, particularly the various EPG screens. This item should be moved to be adjacent to the IMDb Search and New Search options.
The Show EPG for current channel... should be renamed Single EPG to match the name used in other places like the current INFO screen.

It would be good if the three search options could be displayed in the same order as the pop up menu proposed in Issue #517.

If the EPGRefresh plugin is installed there is a menu option add to EPGRefresh. I am not sure if this is appropriate for this menu. If you use the option Select default EPG type... then the resultant list of EPG options still includes add to EPGRefresh which is inappropriate / wrong. If possible I believe that this option should be removed.
