The tuner default location is Melbourne, should be Sydney

The tuner default location is Melbourne. Shouldn't it be the first location in the list, Sydney?

The location list is sorted by population, and Sydney is the first entry in the list. The second entry, Melbourne, is used as the default.

In the tuner setup section of the setup wizard, the default tuner selection is Melbourne.
