"Similar events" screen has invalid button hint icons

Reproduction steps:

Display the "Similar events" screen by pressing INFO, then RED on an event.

Observe the "Similar events" screen shows the MENU and INFO button hints.

MENU and INFO are not active in this screen, despite there being actions for them shown in the HELP screen.

After a quick inspection it appears that the "Similar" screen uses the "EPGSelection" screen in the skin. This skin screen is also used by the single channel EPG. For the former the MENU and INFO buttons are not used while for the latter they are. I think this is a case where two separate skin screens should be defined and used for the different functions.

I agree with IanSav about the skins. That's not the full story, though, because MENU and INFO shouldn't have HELP entries if they're not active.

Using suitable panels for the skins would help reduce duplication on the otherwise identical screen skins.

It's a bit more complicated. Although INFO does nothing in the "Similar events" screen, long-INFO brings up the single-channel EPG screen.
