Map keyboard function keys to colour button actions

Plug-in keyboards currently don't have any consistent mappings to the colour function keys.

Currently, keys F9, F10, F11, and F12 have no function in the keymap.

Suggest that the following mappings are inserted into the "ColorActions" key map context, and anywhere else not covered by the "ColorActions" context:

KEY_F9=RED

KEY_F10=GREEN

KEY_F11=YELLOW

KEY_F12=BLUE
