More user-friendly timezone name display

The the state/territory-based timezone names for South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia are displayed in timezone selectors as "South", "North" and "West" respectively.

It would be more user-friendly to display them as their full state/territory name.

It would also be cleaner to display timezone names like "Easter" as "Easter Island", and in timezone names like "Los_Angeles", to display them as "Los Angeles".
