Skip forward/back (min) skips even if cancelled or 0 min

When playing a recording or media file, if long-FF or long-REW are used to raise the Skip forward/back (min) popup, and the popup is cancelled with EXIT or its length is 0 and is executed with OK, a skip of 0 sec will be carried out, which will often result in an unnecessary (ususlly short) skip in the playback).

Replication steps

From live TV, MEDIA, navigate to a recording, OK.

Long-FF to open the Skip forward (min) popup, EXIT. There will be a short skip back before play resumes.

Long-FF to open the Skip forward (min) popup, 0, OK. There will be a short skip back before play resumes.
